I've been waiting to use my new Honey Bee Sunflower dies and now that I've made one, I want to make so many more...and I'm sure I will!
I wasn't sure how to shade them, so I checked out a video by Laura Bassen and voila! I was able to make a multi colored sunflower!
I am loving this new set, so be prepared for more fantasy colored flowers!

Yesterday I received a shipment from Honey Bee Stamps and they included a card with this image printed on the back. So why not color it? I needed a simple project today and this was it. And I am so grateful for a sweet company like Honey Bee Stamps!

I'm sharing a card today using the new Pretty Postage stamp and die set from Honey Bee Stamps. My buying style has changed recently and now I only buy stamps that feel unique and totally catch my eye for design. I am finding more and more that I already have products that are similar to items being released presently. This has really reeled in my spending and I think I like that!
I colored my image with Copic markers and die cut it using the coordinating die. The little sentiments in the set have dies too which is awesome! At the last minute I added my eyelet trim (also colored with a Copic marker) and some gold Washi tape.

As you've guessed by now, I am pretty much obsessed with my Cricut Maker. And I love that I can customize any SVG that I find. This vintage phone was a freebie from SVG Cuts. It started out with a circle where the heart is and without the black base piece which I added at the last moment. I cut all the pink from card stock and all of the black from Siser Glitter HTV.
I decided to make a mini slim card so I made the stripes with the Honey Bee Stamps Shiplap Siding Background stencil and used the mini slim dies from Taylored Expressions.
Loving all the sparkle!!! See you tomorrow.
