Does this make you want to take a vacation? That's what it makes ME want to do! I love this Stampendous stamp. The scene just makes me happy. I used Copic markers to color it in, but I think water color pencils would have worked well too.
I used the Large Simply Scallops die to make the edging. I stacked two together and inked the edges. I really like the effect. I ran a strip of fabric tape over the seam to mask it.
I thought the card needed an extra pop, so I cut a Rosette and I think it did the trick. Yes, it is a little bulky - but I will probably hand deliver this card, so I am ok with that.
The July 4th holiday will be here really soon. I think I am getting in the mood for sure now.

Susie, this stamp always reminds me of Lake Chatauqua in Western New York. I love how you colored it & I love your rosette! It's a great card!
