With Sympathy

Friday - how I've been waiting for you!

I needed a sympathy card, but never really know how to start one.  I had seen a card similar to this and since I was feeling a bit uncreative, I used that card as my inspiration.

The circles are cut from a Spellbinders Circle die.  But you could also just use a punch.  I had matted them at first with pinked circles, but it didn't have the look I was trying to achieve.  The die that cut the blue and white floral paper is from PaperTrey Ink.  It is from a three die set called Half and Half.

I also never know what sentiment to use on a sympathy card, so sometimes I just forgo one altogether.  I will just write a note and offer my condolences.

Tonight I am off for a fun evening with my closest gal pals.  But I will be back tomorrow with another project to show you.
