Happy Wednesday Friends,

First I will tell you about today's card and then I have some fun news to share with you.

So first things first.

I made this card using Echo Park papers after they issued a Facebook challenge to use their Dots & Stripes papers.  It isn't fancy, but sometimes just a simple card is what we have time for.  Right?

The saving grace on this card is of course the angel.  Isn't she wonderful?  After I die cut her, I ran her through an embossing folder and then used Stickles to make her shine.

She is part of the Love Lives Here Die Collection from PaperTrey Ink.  There are so many dies in the set, I just have to show you a picture:

I haven't used the tree yet, but it's on my short list.  So you'll see that one soon.  So there's my project for the day.  And now my news.
