Happy Monday Friends.
I had a busy weekend - but as usual the days went by too quickly. I got to visit my favorite scrapbook store, The Crafty Scrapper and was invited to crop with some new friends at Stolen Moments Inn. It was a delightful Saturday.
This fun group does challenges and projects during their retreat. One project was that each of us was to create a 5" scrapbook page with some personal words of wisdom on it. Then we copied it 10 times. So each person got a mini page from everyone and then we each had an eclectic mini book. Now these girls are all friends but they were kind enough to include me. So I am the proud new owner of a mini book made by some new friends of mine.
I couldn't really do a page without using a die, though. So of course you are seeing the Rolled Flower cut from a page from an old book. I had made a ton of them for another project and had some leftover - so it was a great way to use up some leftovers.
So thanks to my new friends. I had a wonderful time and was blessed to meet all of you.
Tomorrow I will be right back here waiting for you with a 3-D project. I hope I'll see you then.
Susie
