It's Presidents' Day, so I thought a little red white and blue was in order.
I suppose this precious My Favorite Things stamp was designed for July 4th, but I decided to bring her out a few months early and let her celebrate another great American holiday!
I colored her with Copic markers and paper pieced her little dress. Her sparkler is highlighted with both gold and clear Spica markers. And isn't that a cute pre made embellishment?
I used Spellbinders oval dies for the focal image and mat. But I thought it needed some scallops too. So out came my MFT Stamps large scallop border die. Four scallops later and I was done!
