Some Tool Organization

Welcome to Thursday!

I thought I'd show you some more of my studio and my organization.
As some of you know, I actually live in a scrapbook retreat.  Seriously.  I do.  It is called Stolen Moments Inn and every weekend eight women move in and spend the weekend scrapbooking.  We move out and give them the whole house.

I tell you that so you will know that my scrapbooking studio actually does double duty.  The room also sleeps five lovely women every weekend.  So I have to be neat and tidy - ALWAYS.  It's a challenge, but I do it and I am pretty good at it too. I have always been an organized person and now it really comes in handy.

So today I am showing you the area that I see when I stand up to scrapbook at my counter.  The grid and the little wire containers are from The Container Store.  I keep the items I use the most right here.  I probably reach for 9/10s of these items EVERY time I create.  It is a good system for me because I need to be able to put things back as soon as I am done with them.  And I like to have my most used tools right out in the open.  Are you like that too?  I'd love to hear.

Next week, I'll show you the counter and cabinets that are right below this.  I might even open a drawer or two for you!

And I got some fun news today - my blog has been featured at PocketChange Lifestyle Blog in their current  best of the web posts.  Woo Hoo!!

Tomorrow I'll be back with a cute little card to show you.  I can't wait to see you then.

Susie
