Hope your week is flying by (if your at work) or drifting slowly (if you are on vacation or doing something really fun).
Today's card is another one from the Summer Fresh collection by Simple Stories. When I bought this pad, I decided to just work from it until it ran out...but then I thought you might get bored seeing the same collection - although the pad is filled with wonderful designs.
So even though it is my favorite right now....I'll reign myself in and just show you projects from Simple Stories now and then...not every day!
The little chevron at the bottom is not pieced, it is printed that way. I decided to make the bottom of my card mimic that design and I love how it turned out.
The sentiment and banner are just part of a piece of printed paper. I used the Stampendous Small Typewriter Alphabet Set to stamp Have A. This little set is becoming a favorite too!
