Can you believe it is a new release day at Bugaboo Digi Stamps already? 

This little guy is part of the brand new release.  Isn't he the cutest little birthday bubble ever?

I used some scraps that were on my desk to make my card  And to cut that scalloped mat and the focal point circle, I used Spellbinders  dies. I also used my Perfect Layers tool to make those small lines to form a mat.

I decided to send this card over to the Moxie Fab World Focal Point challenge.  I think this focal point is the cutest!!

This was a really simple card to make.  No need to always make a complex work of art.  And putting it in the mail to make someone happy is the point after all.
