Quilted Last Minute Gift

Hello Monday Friends!

Happy Christmas Eve.  I hope you are enjoying time with friends and family.

My project today is a quick to make last minute Christmas gift.

It was inspired by a tutorial on Pinterest.  You can see it at the website: Bloom.

I used the beautiful Samantha Walker papers from the Traditions collection.  It is not often that I buy two of the same 6x6 pads, but this time I did.  I can't get enough of these designs!

I cut out all the little quilt pieces using one cut file from the Silhouette store.  I inked them all and then laid them side by side to form my quilt block.

To give my piece more dimension, I added two rosettes and a button.  And of course, around the edges I added bling from Eyelet Outlet.

I found a set of these chair ornaments at a junk store and thought one would be perfect for this.  I added some needles to the seat and decided I liked it.  I am going to add some ribbon to the top to make a wall hanging.

Hope you've enjoyed this little project today.

See you tomorrow - Christmas Day!

Susie
