Happy Saturday!

I got this stamp set in the mail last week from MFT Stamps and I've been itching to get it inky.  So today I did.

I used some chalkboard paper and stamped my image onto a die cut stitched circle (also from MFT Stamps).  The ink I used stays wet for a while, so I covered it in clear embossing powder to seal in the ink.  I love the way it turned out.

I cut my notebook page from a thin piece of wood veneer.  It cut perfectly.  So then I decided to cut some stars from the wood too.  

I love the way this card turned out.  And it was super easy.  I am adding it to my Operation Write Home cards and making 4 more just like it to send.
