Happy Saturday!
As promised, here is another holiday shadow box - this time in purple.
I cut the glittered chevrons and the vinyl using my Cameo and then I had to do two extra steps on this one.
I had to dye some of the bells purple - easy with alcohol ink. And I had to use purple Stickles on some of the little berries.
And then my purple shadowbox was ready for giving!
Tomorrow I'll be back with a sweet Christmas card...and then on Monday, I'll share my surprise with you.
See you tomorrow.
Susie
PS: I had a request for instructions on this - so here you go:
The shadow box frame is from Michaels.
Take the back piece off and cover with your choice of paper. I added die cut diamond shapes to this one cut from glitter paper (using my Cameo).
Fill the inside with bells - whatever colors suit you.
Reassemble the frame. Then cover the back panel with patterned paper if desired.
Use your Cameo to cut out Jingle All the Way and a Jingle Bell from vinyl. Both files can be found in the Silhouette Store. Apply to outside of glass.
Add some jingle bells strung on ribbon, some bling, and also add a store bought spray.
YOU ARE DONE!
I love purple. You dyed the bells purple. AWESOME! Nice job! I have ideas floating in my head.
