Bee Mine

Happy Saturday!

And happy Valentine's Day.  Here in Texas the weather is beautiful and warm.....just for a few days though.  Soon we are supposed to have snow!!

I tried to capture a picture of my card in action, but I wasn't able too.  This little bee is on an Action Wobble, so at the flick of a finger, he looks like he is ready to take off.  Super fun!  I made one of these for all of my kids and grandkids.  I rarely make duplicates, so it was a fun project!

My images are from the Bee Mine set at Paper Smooches and are just so adorable I can't stand it!  And the way the set is packaged, the images aren't just for Valentine's Day!  One thing I want to point out is that I stamped and colored the images all together on white card stock.  Then I die cut the bee out of the middle.  I used the same die to cut some dark grey paper and then I slipped it into the negative space and secured it with tape on the back.  So when the bee is wobbling, the grey looks like his shadow.  Just a fun technique tip for you!

I'll see you tomorrow!  I can't wait.  Have a great day!
