I was sorting through my border dies when I found this XOXOXO die. I decided it needed some love. I used Distress inks to cover white card stock with various shades of reds and pinks and then die cut the XOXOXO borders. I love how it turned out.
Then I made my little layered tag which is popped up from the background. A few hearts and a little bling and I was done!
