Happy Monday!
The cast and crew for Gina K Designs welcomes you to another fabulous blog hop celebrating the new stamps from the February release party. We hope to inspire you with some beautiful card projects as you hop along to each of the designer's blogs.
Today we are featuring the new stamp set A Year of Flowers 3 by Melanie Muenchinger and the Birds and Blossoms 2 set by Theresa Momber. Enjoy the gorgeous inspiration samples from the team and then comment on each blog for your chance to win an awesome grab bag of GKD goodies. To see who won, check the Big News Forum at StampTV a few days after the hop.
I want to share two cards with you today. The first one (above) uses the new set A Year of Flowers 3.
Here is a look at the set:
Can you just imagine how many cards you could make with this set? I teamed up this great set with another of Melanie's wonderful sets which is called Inspiration Mosaic.
I heat embossed the frame with GKD gold embossing powder and then added sentiments from both sets. Then I die cut the floral image using my Silhouette Cameo. After I colored it with Copic markers, I stacked it two high and adhered it to my card front.
And now for card #2:
I used this set, Birds and Blossoms 2 by Theresa Momber to make my second card for today.
This was a very quick card to make. I just stamped the branch and some flowers and then added my sentiment and little bird. I think it is clean and simple and just SO much fun!! I hope you like it too.
