Gina K. Designs Mix It Up Monday Challenge

Happy Wednesday!

A new challenge went up on StampTV earlier this week and I thought I would play along.

The challenge is called Just the Month.  Each birth month is assigned a color and that's the color you need to use on your project. Of course you can add in neutrals.

My month is February and it was assigned light blue.  I used Gina K. Designs Powder Blue ink for all my stamping.  The ornament looks a little darker because I melted clear embossing powder over the blue ink to give it some shine.

Since I added some light grey snowflakes I decided to use silver thread and silver Stickles to finish off my tag before adhering it to my card base.

The ornament and sentiment are both from the brand new Gina K. Designs StampTV kit called Merry and Bright.
