Essentials by Ellen January Pin Sights Challenge - Make Waves

Hello Friday Friends!

Today I am sharing my card over at the Essentials by Ellen January Pin-Sights Challenge.  I water colored the Mermaid's Tail stamp and added some water and splatters too.  I am not much of a purple gal, but I have friends who are...so off into the mail this goes!
