Welcome Little One - And a Giveaway Reminder

Happy Friday!

I am still showcasing the Plaid Layered Stencils from Taylored Expressions. I can't get enough of them. And read all the way to the end of the post to see my giveaway for an easy way to use these stencils. I love choosing color combos for my plaids. I think this one is a favorite!

My card today is also made with brand new products from The Greetery. I used the Pinwheel Party dies and stencils and cut them separately to add dimension to my card. I will link the products I used below if you are in a shopping mood.

Now about the giveaway. I came up with a printed "placemat" for use with these stencils. Here is a photo:

I laminated mine so I could use it over and over, but you can just print yours if you want. You will lay your card stock in the white area and then line up the stencil registration marks and start blending plaids! I even put step by step instructions to the side of the template in case I forget what I am doing.

I asked Taylor if I could share this with you and in her very kind voice, she answered with a big YES. If you will email me at scmoore488@gmail.com I will be happy to send you a PDF file that you can print yourself.

Taylor has a YouTube video on using the Plaid Layered Stencil. If you would like to see it, click here. If you don't already own the stencils, I will link them below. But go ahead and request my PDF and I'll send it right out to you.

I am also sending my card over to the Color Throwdown Challenge since the colors are perfect for challenge #596 which includes green, red and orange.

Have a terrific day and I'll see you again tomorrow!

Susie
