Happy Thursday!
Lately I've been attracted to some bright (almost neon) color schemes. I wanted to try to create something using my new found obsession.
I used an older technique which included making an ink blended background with intense colors. Then I chose my Open Rings stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and covered the background with Black Soot Distress Oxide ink through the stencil.
The exciting part was removing the stencil and revealing those great big circles. Oh my! The rest was easy - trim the background and mat it. Then I added the sentiment strips from Taylored Expressions and called it done!
