As promised, I am showing you a die I haven't shown you before. Not the oval or the lacy oval mat. I've used those two dies quite a bit. And I've shown you that border too.
The new die is framing the Happy Birthday Friend sentiment which was typed on my computer. This tag is part of a Spellbinders set called Fancy Tags It is the perfect background for a medium sized stamped or typed sentiment.
The focal image is clip art from PC Crafter. Sadly, they are no longer in business. I just have so much of it from days gone by. I like to use it now and then - when I don't have the time to stamp and color something newer.
I created this card while crafting with a friend today. She wanted to learn more about dies, so I had her over to the studio for some one on one die cutting. We had such a blast.
Don't we look studious? She said she learned a bunch and I loved having company!
I will be back tomorrow with another card I created while we played together. But first I have to sign it and put it out for hubby's Father's Day.
