Remember the Apron!

Is it Thursday already?  Can Friday be far behind?

A few days ago I showed you a card I made with my paper pieced stamped apron.  I had two of them, so I wanted to make something else with the second.

I really didn't have a plan when I started.  But I had some scraps on my desk and a drawer full of chipboard shapes from Maya Road.  And that's how today's wall hanging was born.

I just kept stacking papers together until I had the vintage feel I wanted.  But when I put my apron on it, it still felt like the details were missing.

So I cut a Double Ended Banner (see over there on the right?) from a PaperTrey Ink die and applied some vintage looking stickers.  Then I found that 5 cent rub on.  PERFECT!

A little ribbon and inked edges and I just needed the drop at the bottom to complete it.  Not sure where this beauty is going....but to someone special I am sure.

Tomorrow I will be back to show you a unique card.  Not so special on the outside- but plenty special on the inside.

Hope to see you then.

Susie
