I used Copic markers to color my image and then used Spellbinders dies to cut it out and mat it.
All of the papers on my card are from the October Afternoon Witch Hazel collection. SUPER cute papers in this 8x8 pack! I also thought a bit of bling was needed for my witch, so out came my supply. And then it needed a felt flower too!

great card, and I love that paper. I haven't seen that one around and I love October Afternoon because it's 8x8 which comes in handy for 5x7 cards, kwim. Looks like I'm shopping again.
