My card today is a bit of an "outside the box" one for me. I am a big fan of matting everything, but for this card, I just matted the one large piece of patterned paper.
Everything else is unmatted. It took great restraint to make this card! But I really do like how it turned out. Everything on this card is hand cut from the Teresa Collins He Said She Said 6x6 paper pad. That is also unusual for me. I am a die girl.
I used black embossing powder for the MFT Stamps sentiment and then added a kraft button (also from MFT Stamps) to the little strip.
I love the linear look of this card. The black Washi tape at the top was an afterthought - to balance the bold black sentiment.
